CJI DY Chandrachud: We should move towards a modern judiciary and an equal judiciary | India Legal

New CJI Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud was interacting with the advocates at a felicitation event organised by Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA).CJI spoke about the harsh reality facing the district judges of the country and said, “We should move towards a modern judiciary and an equal judiciary.”
Stating that “If we have to change, we have to change the face of district judiciary first and foremost,” he began by dubbing the expression “subordinate judiciary”, used commonly while referring to district judiciary as part of a “colonial mindset”.

Chandrachur's speech? What is he drawing his salary for. Is this the way he is serving the people. Act on the violation of your own Ruling Sir, declaring the Electoral Bonds as Unconstitutional. Modi has printed Rs 10000 Crore worth of Electoral Bonds in utter disregard of the Supreme Court's order. How can you expect the public to respect the verdicts passed by you.
