Brief notes on litigation by Mr Kapil Sibal a. Law creates relationship and regulates it. b. Better prepared than opponents, know the brief forward and backwards. Only way to win. c. Be polite with everyone i.e opponent, clerks, clients and judges. d. Always go for opportunity not the money, don’t ask about money and get the case. e. There is always conflict between human conduct and law; f. Read the statue and try to under stand the necessity of law, what relationship is been created and regulations of relationship. g. Be warm person that is be helpful, funny. h. Be human being with sensitivity; always have open mind that is always question your premise. Open mind means try to understand the opinion and argument of others. i. You always need a ladder means support of others is necessary and than give back your supporters.
