There is a law here that women are not allowed to lift any heavier than 20kg for work safety. So I can understand your Mum's reason for not using the tarp, especially because she needs to be taller to empty the clippings in the truck. I love your explanations along the way. You are such caring people and so non-judgemental, there should be more people like you. Great work as usual.
@jaredcolahan7593 ай бұрын
the law for 20 kilos , is not true in the USA. however NIOSH has a suggested guide lines. this in my opinion makes it un-equal and males should get paid more in this line of work if they are required to pick up the slack. This is not a dig on females just an obvious observation.

Snake is a juvenile black racer. They have really big black eyes and are actually kind of cute when that small. I am always amazed of the landscapers and lawn maintenance folks that do not know the venomous snakes of their area. 6 venomous in Florida, knowledge is power and helps you to be less fearful. Nice job on the yard and glad this was a feel good job with a happy and grateful owner.

Unfortunately that’s not how that works. The city takes bids on those properties. Then whatever fine you receive includes that price. The lowest bidder then goes out and usually does the caliber of job you would think the lowest bidder would do. They just get everything knocked down but won’t clean up so it still is a critter habitat. But that’s how they can afford to bid so low. Anyway this is how it is down in our area.
