I agree with you on that. And they both need safety glasses so that dust and grass, etc..., doesn't get in their eyes. I get that it's hot hard work, but as one with COPD in my old age, do all you can to do to prevent health issues in the future. Back braces too for the hard work will catch up with them one day. Whoever thought up the term, "golden years" must have been loaded with gold because they surely aren't talking about aging!

That's one of the things I really love about them. So many of the other lawn care channels just mow and go. The fact that these two go beyond what others do is because of their amazing work ethic and integrity. Even if it's an abandoned property, they treat the job as if they were getting paid by the property owner.

Casey, you are definitely a man of my heart. I absolutely hate seeing trash everywhere. Even on garbage days, I pick up whatever the wind blows down the street. Yes, I'm the neighbor that cleans up! 2nd pet peeve is cigarette butts. I'm a former smoker, and I would extinguish the smoke, and put it in my pocket to dispose of later. If I remembered!! The neighbors need to contact the owner, then the city. Every vacant house needs a family.

Respect peoples choices. When you cut the lawn, wear a mask but don't expect others to do the same. We Respect your choice therefore, respect ours. ( If I get sick because of my choice I am willing to accept that consequence. ) BUT I do not think it is good to breath in all that carbon dioxide or germs from condensation. Everyone has job hazards in thier profession it is the cost or working.

Good afternoon everyone. Go to city hall & look up on the registry and see who owns the house. Send them a letter and let them know what's going on with their property. That way they can do something about it. Just my opinion. Great job guys!!! Peace and Blessings!!!

I live in Florida and lots and lots of homes here have been bought up by investors. They buy them to flip for profit but also to rent . So many of them sit for month on end with no outside maintenance . And NO lawn care. I don’t understand why the county code inspectors are not violating them. It’s not fair to homeowners who do take care of theirs because it brings down their property values. And the county could collect more fines that would help pay county funds.

I love watching your videos. There is one thing I'm concerned about though. When you and your mother are weed eating and mowing you are throwing up ALOT of dust, and neither one of you are wearing masks. You could get very sick breathing in all that dust and dirt into your lungs.

Trish, this video makes me so much happier! You have long sleeves & gloves on! Now if we can just get you to wear a mask or even a gaitor to protect your lungs. Whenever hear snakes, I ALWAYS wore boots where snakes or spiders were around, & velcro straps around the ankles of my pants if I couldn't tuck them in my boots! Nobody wants unwanted visitors. When I was in my early 30s, I used to wear shorts & flip flops to mow. After a bad brown recluse bite & an unexpected meeting between my self propelled mower & a hefty nest of ground bees, lets just say lessons learned! 😂😂😂

It's a shame the homeowner has just let the house go for 7 yrs. Maybe now that you two have cleaned up the outside so nice someone will be interested in buying it. I hate littering also.
