Got my self a rampart with the copper scales. Loved it so much I'm looking at getting the gobi. Love the action on that rampart like a fidget. Only thing I don't like is the copper smell it leaves, like you been counting pennies lol. It's kinda cool to see the cooper tarnish with time aswell

That’s actually why I got one. I ended up spending another 18$ for an after-market titanium clip that erased the hotspot caused by the original. I’ve never regretted it. LOVE this knife.

You're so right about the clip screws, just tell them to check out the Harnds Talisman. Same clip with flush set screws.

My QSP Penguin has egregious pan head screws sticking out. Looks bad. But not once has it given me an issue. The only clip that ruins my pants are the CRKT three screw ones those things suck.

Luvthem knifes I have the contender axion modle bk3479 in black and the back spacer is blue it looks a lot like the knife you have their . I wonder if one of theses knifes is made by the other.

IDK if its possible, but I would love to be able to buy whatever color/type of spacers/scales I want, so I can customize the colors. I got the Black Gobi with RPM steel and red spacers, but I love orange and black together too. Guess I could just order another different color Gobi and swap parts, but idk lol. Great video BTW.

@@birdlaw1019 I never accused the company of libel (making a false claim) or said that the knife actually was a clone. I only said that the knives are so similar that it seems they could have copied the design. That makes me not want to buy it and I am entitled to that opinion.

It does yeah full stainless steel liners. Then that orange backspaced is a separate piece of milled aluminum. You get a full-on working knife with the Gobi. And their proprietary steel performs a lot like VG10

These are made with a proprietary steel they own, it’s stainless and very similar to VG10. But one or two of these while they are cheap. As the steel gets popular they will raise the prices.

I think all the backspacers are orange aluminum why? Its hideous and you can't dye it. I wanted this one so bad but it was so hard to get I gave up. I hope the Mangrove isn't so hard to get I want to give these CJRB Knives a try but the Centros is the only one I have been able the get at a budget price. Not a problem there? Actually that's a huge problem. Ceramics on plastic, yeah, those cages will last. Though I have to admit, I think you got a pristine example as my liners came horribly messy and scratched to infinity and beyond. Maybe I got the bad example. Who knows but I'm really leaning towards civivi and steel will far more so than this brand.
