It's unique to "these kinds" of indie horror games that the developers forget to ever explain to the player what they're doing or why. It creates a weird vibe where it feels like the PC knows something you don't....when really it's just "head empty, next task please" lol. It really makes me laugh. The DEV knows you're supposed to create a ritual to expel the devil or whatever, so there's no need to explain lmao

I really enjoyed this, too! I do wish it made slightly more sense why the protagonist would set up that ritual and why he seemed to already know exactly what to do. Being forced into doing it in order to escape would make for a more compelling story. Nonetheless, this kind of game is almost always fun to watch, so thank you for playing it! Congrats on being a 10-battery (possibly even an 11-battery?) man once more! 👏

Pretty good overall, the weird dialogue gave this some strange charm and the exploration plus puzzles were nice. The eardrum exploding screaming and chase music when she spots you might have been a little excessive however.

I wonder if the ending changes depending on which passage from the book you read. Also Chris, you forgot about the corpse in the cage, you could of done the ritual way sooner. Edit: I just watched someone else's play through & they got a different ending. Also I should of said might be able to use the other corpse as I don't know for sure if you can or not.

Between the giggling and the jump scares, I'm having a blast. The monster in this game is perfectly timed👏🏼👏🏼 , but banging all the folks at the bar?😂😂 I love it when translation engines are used. What was that wonderfully hilarious game we watched a couple of weeks ago? The one where the dialog barely matched the scenes, and sometimes not even close? Oh yeah, the one with the endless marching up and down the halls and into the kitchen. For sure I want the devs who have to rely on the translation engines to continue to do so because even if their game is dreadful, the laughter and enjoyment are worth every penny.

Hooray for the return of the 10 Battery Man! I laughed so hard with the salt and candles, and CJU not keying in to what they were for until much later. Salt? What for? - Probably a ritual,... maybe Candles? Hmm - Definitely for a ritual then A Ritual Room Key! Where is that? - Get the salt! And keep the candles. More salt? What is with the salt!? - THE RITUAL! Joking aside, I love how new things remain for you despite completing dozens of games with a similar premise. It makes every game ajd experience for your viewers feel unique, if not also new. Edit: Was it just me, or did that stranger in the beginning look suspiciously similar to Jacksepticeye?

Whilst most normal protagonists, once shooting the monster dead, would use that oppprtunity to escape the house, this one decides to sacrifice it to Satan or whatever it is! Funnily, it fits in the world where a garage attendant sounds like Stone Cold Steve Austin and you pick up people who initially are nasty. Fun experience though!

Honestly, the idea of the protag going through hell to escape a demon worshipper, finally breaking out of a definitely cursed house... only to get conked on the head by some random kidnapper is kind of darkly hilarious. I just don't think this guy's got good luck, and I don't think he had it even from the start of the game, considering his interactions with other NPCs lmao
