Great video. Thanks for reviewing these two. However, the biggest difference would be for the ones taking videos amd photos. 15 pro max can take brilliant details when shooting videos in bad light/weather conditions. So, of course, not much difference but to some a huge one.

I wish I just would’ve waited until next year for the 16. Got my 15 Pro Max and compare it to the 14 Pro Max, to me personally the 14 Pro Max feels more authentic, or luxury if I’m saying that right. I actually like the stainless steel band because it’s a contrast on the frame. And it doesn’t hurt that it’s less prone to scratches. But on my 15 promax black titanium the titanium band and color of the frame is all seamless. There’s no distinction. And I don’t mind the weight of the 14 Pro Max. Honestly, there’s not a huge difference. But, though like the smaller bezels on the 15 Pro Max, those slight, it’s nice.

Your videos are always on point! I watch all your Apple videos! I do the iPhone upgrade program solely so I can upgrade every year because I love getting the latest and greatest! I wasn’t going to upgrade this year but the usb c is what got me. My husband has Samsung and it was annoying not being able to share chargers or having to get back out his car to go to mine for a lightening cable to use his car play and vice versa! Now I can hop in his car plug in my phone and go about my business! Also now I have the same charger for all my Apple products so the upgrade was a win for me.

iPhone 16 gotta be an evolutionary design for next year. I currently have a 12PM. If I’m going to upgrade a phone, it has to look different from the one I’m upgrading from. That is why I haven’t upgraded my 12PM. I’m giving Apple one more shot to give me something worth upgrading for iPhone 16 series. Otherwise, I’m going with the S24 Ultra.

I pay in full every time I up grade but I didn’t upgrade every year after the 12 pro max I took a 3 year gap because I felt I was getting the same phone with very minor up grade. I hate hearing about all the power the iPhone has when Apple don’t give us anything to take advantage of that power.

I'm one of those people who upgrade every year, but I go back and forth between Apple and Samsung, depending on what phone I'm feeling that year. I do pay in full for all my phones tho because I buy them unlocked. I dont like the idea of paying monthly for a phone when I can just pay in full and get it out the way. I’ve never had a heating problem with my 14 pro max even when in updating. I have the new upgrade 17.02 but it took quite some time to do, but it loaded just fine and it’s new features are amazing. The key board is better and the swipe texting majorly improved!!

Car manufacturers do refreshes on vehicles every 5-6 years. In between they may do minor changes… wheel base extended an inch or 2. Change the offering package… the SLT pkg is now standard but missing a safety feature. Thats what this years iPhone and Apple Watch are. If you have a device a few years old then of course buy. But to go from a 13 to a 15 is not much. Same for the s7 to the S9. Or the AWU to the AWU2…

i have the 15 pro max, and i would not recommend the apple intelligence feature. after using it for like a week, i realized, the phone gets really hot when it is enabled. i also noticed a more rapid decrease in my battery health % from 95 % to 93 % in that 1 week of apple intelligence usage. if u want to use ai , stick to a pc that has a actual gpu that isnt battery constrained. The apple ai will tear through your battery health like butter. if you care about your battery health , id never turn on apple intelligence.

USB C is a game changer because I keep a fold and a iPhone and now I only need one charger. Action button was huge, software improvements great, lighter weight is good but Stainless steel was better and more Premium. Battery Life was better on 14 Pro Max and this is coming from a heavy user with every TV App including Hulu and Netflix and KZbin TV. I guess the upgrades outweigh the cons of upgrading the phone.

Ok: 19 grams lighter but more fragile, 3X vs 5X zoom and some minor updates to camera, USC-C, slightly rounded edges which has some meaning if you do not wear a case. Faster chipset and better for advanced games. And will set you back a lot...
