The song can serve to mean her actual ex and the job, OBVIOUSLY the song is made to be like she is talking about her ex DUH, and thats a great metaphor and way for her to trash YG who she gave everything to and they gave nothing back in the end, She legally can't outright say anything huge to defame them, Making the song seem like its about a regular ex is a typical and common move.

It’s not that she hates him, it’s more that they argued a lot, but she still had gratitude towards even the smallest faith he put in her when he debuted her. You can see from the look in her eyes that she’s more disappointed than hateful. Even tho YG is their CEO he’s still like a friend to his artists and you can see that from their interactions.
