Before you should be blabbing about how great your 100-year-old knotter is, maybe you should offer better support to your customers, and fix problems. Your knotter has problems, that are not fixable, due to the construction of your ring gear. And of course, Claas has offered no update to fix. Don't tell me my knotters aren't set right, I've had Claas reps out and we've gone over every possible setting.

Wie kommen denn 70 cm Garnrest zu stande bei anderen Knotern? Also nicht wie, sondern sind es wirklich 70 cm bei jedem Knoten, oder Addiert 70 cm pro Ballen (12 Knoten á 14 cm Garnschnipsel) Habe ich mir gerade selbst die Frage beantwortet?

I couldn't agree with you more, for 100 years of knotter technology I'm not very impressed, your knotter is not reliable and constructed in a way that some of its problems are not even fixable.

Is that ever true, Claas have some of the worst support for their balers in North America. They're basically useless, and their knotters have problems that aren't even in the 10 steps to tying perfection that cannot be fixed by any settings, and then they're here blabbing about how great they are.
