Thank you for this very helpful video.. I also would like to bring one point, in claim settlement ratio they won't give data regarding the bifurcation of the settlement types.. Means we won't get to know whether it's the settlement amount of term plan or endowment plant etc.. I think they should give information about it in the future.

Hi Gaurav...thanks for the very informative video. But you should have added one more data which is total claim settled in number terms. It is very important to know the total number of claim settled by the co & out of which how much claim has been rejected/settled or repudiated.
