Our LGBT+ Network has created a booklet called "Our Authentic Selves".
We did this for International Coming Out Day.
We felt it was important to share our stories and to express why we feel it is important to be visible as queer people in all areas of our lives particularly at work.
These videos compliment the booklet and brings some of the written words to life.
Claire & Soozie speak openly about how they first realised they were not straight and how this affected and moulded their lives.
They both also share how embracing who they are has lead to a greater self confidence and happiness.
Theses insights are thought provoking, warm and very very engaging.
