Congratulations Claire! I had my ears pierced twice and both times they got infected, so make sure you take good care of your ears and follow directions that were given to you. If something doesn't feel right, tell your parents!

I got my ears pierced when I was 13 years old. My Mom actually got her ears pierced to show me it didn’t hurt. I loved her for doing that for me. 👍❣️😊 It’s awesome that Claire & her Mom got their ears pierced together. She did it! It’s like a rite of passage for young gals. My daughter had “an appliance” in her mouth (that’s what our dentist called it), that she had to adjust too. She had to wear it for about 8 months. It was to bring the space in her teeth together. She was so good on a trip to Minnesota from California. And that was the reward she picked. Almost all the earrings are for pierced ears ! SO HAPPY for you and mom ! I love that Claire was suddenly afraid of getting her ears pierced, and when it was done she told all her friends it was really easy and quick. I love that June had to announce so many times that she wasn't getting her ears pierced. Poor Carson I think he felt left out of everything. Ashley I think it was so heart-felt that you went ahead and did your ears too because I think it really helped Claire alot with you sharing that experience with her.
