@@jeannguyen3199 Remember when Peter first died in the show, because he had a giant piece of glass in his skull? It wasn't until claire removed it that Peter could then came back alive (through his healing abilities). I believe it works the same with Bullets. The reason Sylar's bullets come out of him when he heals is because he has telekinetic abilities, he's removing those bullets with his mind.

@Jude.Jellingham no that's no true remember they can't heal if something is stuck in the brain like the wood that killed claire in season 1 or the glass but peter has began healing while he was impaled before peters healing should be no different than sylars because he had the same abilities
