7:00 다른 냄비나 접시로 뚜껑을 덮어두면 내부 온도가 올라가면서 치즈가 녹습니다!! 절대 그렇게 굽는다고 녹지 않아요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

크집사님 양념에 설탕이 많이 들어가면 구울때 고기가 탈 가능성이 상당히 높아져서 빨리빨리 뒤집어줘야해요. 생갈비 구울 때랑 양념갈비 구울 때 차이라고 보시면 되졍. 그리고 치즈 녹이실 땐 뚜꺼을 덮으면 그나마 빨리 녹아요
