0:21 it is described as a 10 inch, 2 foot concert grand piano. It reminds me of Spinal Tap when they wanted a giant stone monument replica but mixed up the symbols for feet and inches.

I tried it and there is something wrong with release samples, staccato sounds very weird no matter how you set the release time or type.

Why did Galaxy/Native Instruments go to such lengths to remove the FAZIOLI brand from the video? Any pianist would like to know what piano they're playing and this is the first time we've seen such an omission. An explanation would be appreciated.

Not just the brand was removed, they also removed the piano registration number too. This level of removal isn't because NI weren't getting paid for it, something happened but what we don't know.

I mean, their piano lines are very fuzzy often, I imagine there is some licensing issues related to that. It was really hard to find out that NOIRE was an Yamaha CF9 as well

Usually they release Komplete, and right after that they release something very appealing that you will buy. This was ready for sure by end of summer, but released it only now. Marketing and profit. 😂

I would love to know if there is a discernible difference between this and Noire, at this point, they offer pretty much the same functionalities and sounds. Noire is my go to for any and all piano sounds

Haven't bought it yet but Noire can get a bit muddy in the middle range a lot so I personally expect this one to offer more clarity (no pun intended) there + the room mics. Noire is 100% my go-to but it feels like a nice addition to a pallete but maybe not at full price for Noire owners imo
