I tried my hand at a copper/fall themed "chuck it all in"bowl this weekend and was super clumsy and off my game (literally tipped the mold and poured at least an ounce of resin all over my table!). Mistake after mistake. I was sure it would be awful and kept thinking to myself, "What would Claire do?" So I told myself to trust the process and be ready to use some temporary tattoos if it looked like 💩. It ended up being gorgeous! Claire is such an inspiration.

It is a beautiful tray, even if I kinda agree with you on the first one being slightly more stunning. The colours are really magical together, and I love those moths. As for the stickers, they are more reflective on one side than the other - that is the reason I still have many left from buying them ages ago - you need to think hard where to use the for maximum effect. But I actually think, with this tray, the less reflective side is working. The stickers stay more in the background, bringing the moths to the front.

I get how you're feeling (I find fault with everything I make!), but I think the bleeding gives it a cool grungy, industrial look which blends well with the gothic type design

Claire you are too hard on yourself! It's a stunner!! I adore it yes that first one was the best of the 2 but this one is still incredible! Loved it so much! I still want you to make a larger display tray to attach the small one into the middle of! But it would have to be super simple crushed glass edge and purple and green splashes and a black background then use a 5 min epoxy and attach the small one to the center of it!! I hope you do this!! It'd be a perfect center piece! ❤❤❤

Claire, you could make hot garbage soup if you wanted to and I'd still watch your videos! This tray is BEAUTIFUL! That's a plus! I put on your videos because your voice is soothing and you are always so positive and cheerful no matter what you're going through. My dog is very sensitive to the way people speak so sometimes he gets scared if I play videos with men talking, but my dog loves sitting with me while we watch your content. He likes you, too!

Oh WOW, Claire! It's a lovely tray, but like you, I'm not really as obsessed with it as I was with the first one. I don't know if it's because you pointed out those lumps and bumps, or whether it's just noticeable, but to me they draw my eye straight to them. I'd love to see you do this one again, with a deeper mold, and in the colours of the first one! I'm a 'green is my favourite colour' kind of girl, but oh my word, the colour of that first tray just blew me away! Thank you for another fascinating video tutorial!

I didn’t think of it while you were stocking those stickers down, but the back side would be on top in this situation, and the back of those stickers are not as pretty as the front. (I have the same stickers.) You’d have to place them top-side down to show properly. Oh well! It’s still pretty,though.

Next time you use the stickers use your heat gun to make them soft and stick them to the surface without them lifting! I'm not sure how the stickers will react to the heat. Please check on a separate sticker before you try it!
