Oh wow!! I see light, turns into shapes or colors, had no idea it could transform to human. They did tell me I had visions with light but didn’t know what they meant. They guided me to this video with my pendulum. This morning I thought I saw someone in the corner of my eye. When I looked nothing was there, then I smiled.

I've been taking online classes to help increase abilities. Now, in meditation ir dreams, Source tells me or shows me how thibgs work, the day before a particular lesson on something. Its so cool! I've been connecting deeply and daily for about three years. The voices and images are getting stronger, more frequent and im learning how to tune in the right way at the right time for what i need/want.

My daughter sees orbs of light that are almost always blue and red..shes only 4 & not afraid anymore because I told her they're her guides, angels or ancestors ❤ i know they're good spirits because she said they made the shape of a heart when her daddy was saying a prayer. I love that story and yes the children are being born on a different level and the baby’s born today are at mastery level , they had to be to help bring peace on earth. I posted video on KZbin under Valerie Snyder something God blessed me with and you see the orb come and get on my jacket and then I called for AA Michael to come and he showed up like a cloud in the sky shaped like an Angel. Oh wow I was doing the aura exercise and since I don’t have a friend to help me I just looked at myself in the mirror and I literally saw a silhouette of a tall figure stand next to me sort of behind me? And as I kept looking I saw another two that were closer to my height! I immediately heard Spirit guide for the tall one and the other smaller I believe are my loved ones (my parents) that passed. I felt so loved and happy I was sweating and smiling! This is amazing. After that I tried the exercise again and instead of seeing them, I saw my auric field VERY bright and strong, a thick outline of my body! They helped me see my aura! It was completely white. This is incredible. I’ve seen the wisp of smoke. I have had a premonition wide awake out of the corner of my right eye on my bathroom wall bouncing around. When my good friend Vicky left her body behind: I had been one of her primary caregivers through her cancer. I woke up at midnight, sat up in bed and said, "something is wrong with Vicky!" I started calling all of the Chinese numbers for people who would be there. Nothing. I closed my eyes again... hoping to know if I should start driving or not. Vicky hated confrontation and her new partner was trying to isolate her. She had tried to prevent Vicky's friends from seeing her recently... against Vicky's will. But Vicky hated confrontation so I didn't want to go there if it wasn't best. I only closed my eyes for a minute. When I opened them again, Vicky was standing there. She said, "it's OK. I'm fine, and I left my body. Don't go there. There's no need. I love you". And then she was gone. So I went back to sleep. I got the call at 3 AM. After her partner had called one of our friends and told her, she called me- crying. I sleepily said, "I know. She died at midnight". She was very confused! 😆 🤣 😂

DearConstance, this video was Great and explained many different experiences I've had along the way in my Life. It has also helped my self Doubt and as Ive been told Doubt kills everything. One of the things You pointed out was how the Spirit of Loved ones can superimpose their image over people in this world and Said to myself "0h Yeah" 🤣👍! That HAS happened quite a few times. NICE!!!! Good to know your strengths! I feel we can learn all of the "Clairs" but may be more proficient in some over others. I just always want people to give each a try and see if they want to develop it with further practice. I used to do the exercise when I was a kid just playing around because I could see colors. I can still close my eyes and see like a painter painting pictures by throwing paint at the canvas. I don't know if that's normal or not but it's entertaining, especially when I am trying to meditate 😅. I do see things move from my peripheral vision. I have had a dream of my grandmother. When she died, she came to say goodbye. It was beautiful. She looked beautiful on a soft white cloud with a golden rope hanging down, and I was holding the rope. She told me it was time for her to go and I had to let go of the rope. I did, and she floated up. I woke up to hear my mother knocking at my door to tell me that Grandma had passed. I already knew because she came to tell me she was going on to the other side.

This is so fun and helpful. You make this really fun and I loved the part about the non believer 😆 Saw a mist like aura and that's just really neat!! I'm in a spirited house and over the years I've had several experiences. I can hear people talking downstairs and no one is home. As soon as I open the door at the top of the stairs, it goes very quiet. I can sense when spirit is in the room with me, though I can rarely see them. For a short period of time, i could see medium/light green symbols all over the wall, now I know them as ancient writing, and only as I was waking up. They never came after I accepted sobriety. There was 3 knocks on my closed door while no one else was home, and a black head, no features, just a solid black head came out from the bureau and as soon as I saw it it went back to become part of the bureau again. They surprise me but I'm not really afraid of them. I don't understand why be afraid of something that hasn't done anything hurtful. Not sure what to do with it and I hope you can help me and others about these types of occurrences. So appreciate you!! You're so much fun 😊🎉

Ooh amen! “Clear vision w out trauma/perCeption” what i recently askd for & feel i got. Finally. I recently had an experience where i “saw/felt”” xyz in my head and ov shrugfed it off like it was just me thinking but once we got where we were going i was like oh! I wish id driven that vehicle instead! & had to contact hubby to bring suv etc anyway - lets just say i didnt listen to two diff “warnings” from self/uni/ spirit guides & this is when i decided this was a “vision” …. Different from when i HEAR my own thoughts .

So glad you like the material! As I went on in this lesson, I didn't want to give away or suggest an answer to the experience...but because you asked, I will tell. ; ) Where does your focus go? Sometimes when we close our eyes and our attention goes up or it feels as if we are all of the sudden looking up or are drawn to look up, even with eyes closed, it is because there is the presence of a high-level guide, Angel, or Source Energy/God wanting to connect. Your eyes -in essence - are tuning into that higher vibration automatically. Your attention is literally, knowingly, automatically turning to it. This is why in so many of the saints' images from various faith traditions, we see them gazing up - to that higher frequency. Some people when tuning inward to their own soul's truth (or when cosmic-all is expressing as an internal experience) may have more of an inward gaze. And, get this, your gaze may automatically shift according to the experience you are about to have. Are you working to source answers about your own soul, chakras, etc. or are you tuning in to seek guidance beyond you? I just suggest you and others might want to note it as part of your own journaled experiences in your own spiritual practice when putting these skills into your life. YOU GOT THIS!!! This is so fun. I feel like I’m Harry Potter. Not to mention avatar (ang), avatar (blue beings), Harry Potter, teen titans etc those were my fav movies/shows growing up. I’ve had readings done by ppl and have been told clairvoyance is one of my strongest. I remember during my time in highschool I used to get really bad sleeep paralysis & would hear voices talking to me if I talked back to it. I would also see like shadow figures as well. I think during that time my third eye randomly opened or I was very much in tuned with my clairvoyance. I wasn’t spiritual at all I was a Christian but only bc that’s what I knew. I prayed every night. But oddly enough if I didn’t see shadow people I don’t think I would’ve been here now researching and accepting that there’s more out there. It’s kinda like it was meant to happen now when I look back at it. I’m now agnostic but I do 12D shield now and a sovereign prayer. I see auras too but like you said in the video when the eyes are relaxed. So I’m going to try to improve my clairvoyance. idk if I have any other clairs though all I’ve been told is clairvoyance. But idk as I go along this journey maybe something will be unfolded to me for me to know. I’ve always said before that humans were supposed to have all of our psychic abilities activated. But with all the technology and eveyday distractions we’re not really tapped into our true nature or else everyone would pick up on what each other is feeling or what’s around them.

I've felt a spirit sit at the foot of my bed on a couple of occasions. The first time I was with my dad and stepmom for Easter, but we were all at my stepmoms parents, who were church-going grandparents, whose home was always cozy and full of love. It was the night before Easter, and I felt my feet sink in the bed as someone sat on the corner of my bed. I recall being afraid to look up, because if it was my dad, I might not get my Easter basket (lol). I waited a minute and slowly turned my head and looked down, but no one was there. I've since heard from many mediumship videos that Jesus is also notorious for sitting with people as they sleep. 💜🙏💜🙏

I hesitated at a light your story reminds me just I said recently, but within this last year, let’s just say I was under the influence of something and I’m not normally this hesitant to react or act and I was ensure enough a huge white SUV comes ago and flying through our green light and there’s redand I couldn’t see because there’s two lanes coming out of Walmart parking lot and there was a big SUV on the left side of me as well so I couldn’t see if we were coming, but I sat there and waited instead of going first and sure enough if I had to go and I would have been hit I will also always believe that was another version of either protection, spirit guides or my intuition

Funny enough that you are mentioning in this video of yours about you working with the Spirit Guide of a Buddhist Monk; I had that experience quite a few times in my life, indeed, It was the Spirit Guide of a Buddhist Monk who assisted me all the way during my NDE and even brought me back into this Earth plane...I guess it was his assignment at that time. My great grandson is 1 year old. His daddy, my grandson, was raised to know about spirit, but often has been skeptical. Hunter, the daddy, told me that he gets a little frustrated and sad when it's daytime, and he's able to spend time with his son playing... because his son, 1 year old Tatum, is busy talking and wanking around, not playing with toys or Daddy. I told him, "you know Tatum is young enough that he can probably still see and hear spirits." Hunter said, "I know. I've been yhinking about that a lot lately." I asked him to please believe Tatum if he talks about friends that no one else can see. Hunter said he would. 😀 And so it begins. My daughter (Hunter's mom) was/is pretty clairvoyant, as am I.

@constancemessmer it turns out that Tatum's daddy (my grandson) and mommy have decided to not discuss spirits. They are in fear of negative energies being "accidentally invited in". I know that's not possible/necessary and is counterproductive, but they don't. Spirit told me that Tatum will lead them. At this time it's not possible for me to support Tatum verbally/physically, but I do so through sending light, love, support. Changes have happened in our family that make it clear that his 1 year old soul is already guiding them. :)

My first remembrance of seeing spirit is at 2. My guardian angel would play with me by floating down a spiral staircase in the house we lived in and disappearing before she hit the bottom floor where I was. Then she reappeared at the top of the stairs and would float down again. This went on for a long time until my mother would come pick me up. Now that I'm older, I have many of the clairs, and typically sense spirits physically or see them as orbs of light that show me what they looked like in life through my mind's eye.

Funny enough, I had my first ND Experience in 1978. Of course it doesn't end with death, I am 100% positive about that, I know this first-hand.
