Im only asking this because I'm truly curious about your methods. I hope this is an ok question,i notice you always with your right hand raised up with your thumb and first finger circle but facing the sky in the direction you would do like when you use your hands as fake glasses on your own face. I wondered if it was for a specific purpose or if it's just another cool part of who you are. I did think it made sense if you did that as a like self portal straight to source lol❤ Sorry...i must know. Oh yeah than you thank you for these monthly q&a's their everything. Constaaaaance!❤ I am so in awe of you and your way. I truly feel connected with you hope that's not weird lol. Thank you for helping to bring understanding in this way confusing time. I feel like by watching your vids that we are supposed to out loud when appropriate lol talk to our guides, and angels and that helps to strengthen our abilities and to stay connected to the spirit realm? And I have been having such a hard time knowing and trusting the things that feel super like there no freaking way that all these things can just be coincidences and how the heck can I know that all these things go together and so many synchronicities but I don't know what to do with them all😢 😅 I know this sounds ridiculous but it's true how can my team and I get it crap together lol😊❤

Constance ~ Your words on self care are always just spot on it my spirit. 🎯 The phrase "self care" got kind of cringy for me for awhile, partly bc I was terrible at the real kind and was awkward around the subject from years of trauma; but also it felt opposite to my calling towards the All and the greater good and away from ego and the self... but in true CM style you bring self care into the practical and foundational realm. 🫶🏼 namaste 🙏🏻

Almost a year ago I had a weird experience. I was walking through the forest when I felt the urge to look up the top of the tres was creating a weird pattern that started moving (I wasn't on psychedelics) I started feeling dizzy and I started to heard a high pitch ringing. I had to seat down and cover my ears for like 2-3 min I couldn't see or heard anything just the ringing. When I got my strength back I left the forest I felt fine.

I work as a certified nurse aid in people's homes so they won't have to go into a facility. I'm getting older now, 64,and I'm trying to develop my gifts, I have 4 of the clairs, so I can still help people. I Always wanted to be able to help heal people and I feel if I can make my gifts stronger I will be able to do more. I asked God for help and he put your website on my phone. Hello, thank you so much for this beautiful explicit video. I am still listening to the video 16+ minutes. I wanted to share something for which i am looking to understanding. A few days ago i was asleep and forced to wake up from a radio static loud noise from both ears. I freaked out and tried to confirm whether i was still asleep..i wasnt..i kept my eyes closed and it was still there. I was svared and went closer to my hisband and he hugged me. I told him about it. It left me scared. The next day i was wokennup with all the lights in my house blinking. I wanyed to know if anyone could help me. The noise stopped when my husband hugged me. Id g to recieve some help. Thank you so much. Gratitude boundless. 🙏 🎉

Assuming you aren't referring to her husband... 😉 Constance has numerous daily visitors to her back yard.🦌🐰🐦🐿️ She and her family have had cats and dogs throughout most of her life. Hi, I am listening to this talk very intently because I can really relate to clairaudiant experiences and around time mark (36:00) into this, out of the BLUE I thought "Sam! Sam! I wonder if I should ask you about getting a reading because the name Sam is so prevalent in my consciousness, this name is not leaving me alone! Is Sam my spirit guide, I can't bring myself to just assume that Sam is a guide. As I am contemplating this idea you say SAMUEL and I am like OMG! SAM! but I have listened 5x to the way you referred to Samuel and I can't discern if you say 'guy' or 'guide' can you clarify that for me please. Thank you 😊 You mentioned Samuel at time mark 38:10-18 inside this time frame.

Hummm ... The past day or two I have been speaking out loud to God directly and my spiritual team ... God, Master Jesus, Angels, Guides & Family members and friends who have passed into Spirit! Been having a balancing act between a family member and my needs as well. When I ask for help and do breath work and relax visual images come that Really Help. Thank you for explaining so clearly. I'm in a development circle and have been for two years. In February I'm starting with a new circle for mediumship. I always thought I had a weak connection when I see spirit in my mind but now realise it's not weak its how it should be, I just need to work more on my other clairs and hear the messages more etc. So pleased I've found you , I'm looking forward to watching your other videos. ❤ You just make everything feel clearer , so I get it more lol. I am a graduate of several Berkeley Psychic Institutes programs. I spent about $20000 over the years. Since April 2022, unwillingly I got on a mental torturing system while unconscious, I paid extra $1000 to Renaau Brewster as they requested over the phone. This system has been creating weird images n voices in my space except when I'm asleep. It's very dangerous as I involuntary dropping stuff in the kitchen n I was pushed by invisible hands while walking in public. They told me I should vent online on a regular basis, I was told at times the system is a Russian or CIA spy training system that mostly protects only white and married graduates, as the Russian system dislikes unmarried minorities, especially single male Buddhist !! One of the evidence is that the main Berkeley Psychic Institute building sold to a Tibetan community!
