@@nabieladrian Well, it SHOULD be a mushy mass of rice. Normally this isn't possible. The bread when it rises in the oven would steam the rice cracker, and dried rice + evaporated water in a closed environment would mean mush.

Yes absolutely, it's meant to be for the exaggerated expressions and music but I also find it adorable and quite sad. Sanae is a sweetheart clumsy baker and she convinces herself (in a bit of a childish way) that this time she will pull out amazing bread and yet it dawns on her every single time in the same way the bread was bad. I felt so bad for her the first episode 😭 I mean she should just study more about bakery instead of just trying new stuff, but still you don't get to see bakers with that amout of cheerful passion especially for a grown lady. Adults tend to lose that side and that's a shame.
