galio is good into pretty much most ap mage mids right now, and is a 100% pick for sure if they draft an ap mid and jungler. You negate 2/5 of their champions just with merc treads and hollow radiance.

@@hepsima It honestly depends how you build him. If you want more damage, go rift maker and liandries/zhonyas. Or go pure tank. I've found that pure tank with rift maker to be very good at carrying. Just peel and tank for your adc. Usually you have enough cc on lowcooldowns and enoguh damage to stop whoever is trying to kill your backline.
