Hwei is really an op champ, is incredible the ammount of shit he can do. He can poke like a xerath, burst like a syndra, zone like a lux, control like a zyra, is absolutely over power. The only thing that doesn't make him have like 60% winrate is that people dont actually think what they are doing haha

For me Caps, Neme and Perkz are the best mids europe ever had, Febiven had a crazy top jung and xpeke was good but not at that high level. Just dont understand how ppl like vetheo and saken get to play pro for so long instead, prolly was Neme decision to dont get contracts from other teams i dont remember what happened but i can say Neme not in LEC is a waste of talent and competion in our league
