thanks for sharing, Clara ❤ i've been struggling with panic attacks and DPDR for two months now. I'm so glad I found Robin's channel (and Shaun's DP Manual) - I'm feeling already so much better. It comes and goes, but I'm sure I'll be 100% in a little while. I'm from Brazil and there's absolutely not the same awareness of DPDR/Anxiety as there are in other places, altough we are the #1 country in Anxiety.
