​@@ClaraCFOI'm disabled and don't work ...last year my dad died and left me some large bank pods (paid on death) months later banks are asking me fill out a w9 and I don't have a buisness and aren't in probate..i also have a mutual fund (tod) transfer on death but they want a w9 filled and one box checked..im not in probate and no one will file.could you tell me which box I fill in..is this common..I am making interest off cds etc ...please help me 🙏...

So my company is INC and its taxed as S-corp what do i choose S-corp alone or LLC S-corp? Also My name wont go on it right it will be my company name so I just fill out line one done need to add line two?? Also the addess does it have to be the physical address of the company or can i put a mailing address that is in a different state??

Great video. I have a client who wouldn't accept a W-9 with my ER EIN but insisted I provide my SSN (I'm a sole proprietor for tax purposes, LLC legally) - i finally cried uncle and provided. Is he right?

I was very reluctant to provide him with my SSN as you noted in your video. He said "your schedule C isn't a tax return, your 1040 is".
