You'll only need to mix all the 5 ingredients , shape and bake them. 1) 125g soften unsalted butter
2) 40g Icing Sugar
3) 125g Potato Starch
4) 90g Cake Flour
5) 15g Milk Powder

Hi😊Thank you. If you use self-raising flour, it will spread out in the oven, and the cookies may have a different texture. About 17g for each piece.

Hi 😊 Try to reduce the temperature of the oven while baking to prevent cracks. Cookie dough is sticky when it became too warm. Try to Chill it in the fridge to solidify the butter, makes it easier to shape.

Most welcome😊You can try to reduce the temperature of the oven and bake for a longer time. After adding the flour do not overmix, overmixing will cause the cookies to crack when they bake. Good luck😊
