I still love my LV reverse monogram *luxrul* clutch!! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

I saw Laura’s Moyen bag in a post once, and I sent her a dm asking about it - I wasn’t surprised to find out it was Clare V. - then, weeks later, TME posted the Quince version, and I quickly bought it. I think it’s perfect, especially for the cost. Thanks for doing the comparison video

If you can tell if *hotdups* it’s a replica by the edge of a button or something like that, the replica is probably better quality than the original.

For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I'll be happy that I have the kislux as my travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.

Honestly I hadn’t noticed the Clara v bag that y’all were carrying but seeing the quince version in that beautiful green, now I’m interested. Thanks for the awesome comparison. I can definitely attest to quince’s linen sheets and the gorgeous duvet that’s a perfect pottery barn dupe.

I have a Clair V woven bag and bought a Quince one too. I think the Quince is such a good value for very few differences from the Clair V. I have several bags from quince that I really like. They also do a look alike for some MZ Wallace bags. The sling bag Quince does is better designed than the MZ Wallace (it has a zipper pouch on the back for your phone that the Wallace doesn’t have).

I have the Quince woven crescent messenger in black, taupe and I just bought it in cognac. I love them so much. I even bought a Clare V strap for them and I have other Clare V items. I just didn’t know if I’ll still like the woven style for a while so I thought it was better to spend my $$ on Quince and try multiple colors. I may still get a Clare V Moyer if there is a color I really like. For now I’m happy with Quince and highly recommend them.

Totally get that! I love my Clare V items as well, but Quince was the winner for me when it came to this style.

Gotta be honest with you, I think I prefer the Clare V bag. The leather is noticeably softer and for unstructured bags, i prefer a softer leather. It just has a nicer, slouchier, cool look to it. For a structured bag, sturdier leather is preferred.

Totally get what you're saying. I probably carry too much haha and the Quince offers a bit more structure for all my stuff. But I still love and carry my Clare V for sure!

Do you think the Quince woven is a true dupe to the Clare V? The photos make the weave look significantly different in comparison - the regular leather looks much closer!

I do think you're right that the leather are very very similar. The weave from afar is definitely a dupe but probably up close yes you could tell the differences!
