Love the intro! I've been a long time follower and love everything you do! I would love to see more your training sessions. I've learned so much just watching you guys lift. Trying to improve my squats as well so all the little bits of knowledge is helping.

I squat in a similar manner to Clarence. Very fast and brutal at the top, controlling the inevitable whip. I'm a big believer training squats like that does wonders for the core and bracing.

Now this was fun. And finally I understand what they're saying! I wonder if Clarence dropped the bar on shoulders when cleaning. I think Torokhtiy messed up his shoulders by holding the bar on fingers in front rack and the bar slipped. Which is why he now teaches to improve mobility and never have front rack rest on fingers. Gotta like what Zack has made with that lanky body. He and Fitz give great example for lifters who aren't built for weightlifting. And I'm sure Clarence inspired so many, he was right when he said he wanted the squats to look aesthetic. Everybody always mentions about him how his squats are so nice to look at. And the power and speed in his snatch, Gabriel Sincraian was a fitting coach for him in that sense too. You're very critical of your own lifting. Makes me want to assume you spend a lot of time thinking on how to improve. I like your movement though, looks so fluid the way your joints work together. No struggling with mobility and doesn't look forced. Sweet jab at Omar Isuf, hope he travels to Japan to meet you as well some day. Or invites you to podcast or something.
