Oh hey, it's that guy we've been non-stop hassling you to get back on the channel. He's pretty cool. Hey Tom, all that sitting must suck, have you considered getting a couple of alternatives to a chair? Yoga balls are pretty nice on the hips and glutes, as is kneeling on a pad (I use a foam roller) also helps open the hips. Switching between stuff regularly really helps. I hope this can help make work healthier for you! Juji was so confident he actually had me convinced that was a shoe measuring device, even though I've used one of the damn things back in high school! Maybe you should take a break from grip and measure people's hamstring flexibility, haha.
@jujimufu6 жыл бұрын
He just bought a chair he's been looking at for ages! That should help
@@jujimufu What chair was Tom eyeing up? I work from home and my gym is in my garage, so I don't spend a lot of time standing. I try to utilize my standing desk, but I don't notice much of a difference in how tight my hips are. The only thing that actually helps is doing a lot of movement, walking, biking, running, etc.

@leonestello6 жыл бұрын
Heads up going to gym and working out responsibly would actually help your back. Strengthening you core and lumbar. Stretching and working mobility. Keeping extra weight off and adding integrity to your muscles... training light is better then not training at all. No excuses! (P.S. gaining weight has more to do with eating too much and lack of discipline when it comes to food then not being able to hit the weights hard. You would have gained weight no matter what if those things don't get put into check especially since EVERYONE gains weight after college because the body's metabolism naturally slows down)

Hey buddy, you want a grip strength people? Try lumber yard bunkers. Bunkers are the guys that put all the framing members on the fork truck to be strapped and shipped to a job site. They do nothing but pick up heavy stuff all day. I did that for three years. Learned and stretched my thumb into my palm. It worked like a weight belt. You press your palm muscles against your thumb into your fingers to increase grip.

Suddenly Tom appears from the unforeseen shadows, his legs look mightily yoked. He extends a bottle labeled AHHH!!! to you, your heart knows that this is the source of all power. Clarence and Juji apply horse masks to their heads with impossible speed. They look at you and in unison exclaim, "YOU ARE OK". WDYD?
