Today I show you how to make the Clarified New York Sour. This clarified New York sour is delicate and so easy to drink. Its well balanced with all of the flavors blending together. This is a fun take on the classic New York Sour and you can't go wrong.

Clarified New York Sour
2 oz/60 ml Bourbon
1 oz/30 ml Simple Syrrup
.75 oz/22.5 ml Lemon Juice
.5-1 oz/15-30 ml Red Wine
1.5 oz/45 ml Milk 2%
Method
1. Add all ingredients except milk and wine to a glass.
2. Add 1 oz/30 ml milk to another glass and then slowly our the original ingredients into the milk.
3. Add remaining milk to a separate glass.
3. Add Red Wine to milk.
4. Allow both to sit for 5-30 min.
5. Using coffee filters separately staring both glasses of ingredients into separate containers.
6. Add the base clarified sour to a rocks glass with fresh ice. Leave enough room for clarified wine,
7. Layer clarified wine on top of sour.
