Thank you for a great video which clearly explained the new Clarins cleansers and toners. I'm like you and always get disappointed when a company discontinues perfectly good products - especially the tried and true ones! I like the natural fragrance of the Tonic Body Oil you mentioned but the new yellow toner is overly perfumed. The original Clarins body products are probably the best that the brand offers.

I don't know but I bought yesterday the micellar water with gentian and lemon balm it says on the bottle for sensitive skin I'm surprised you said it's for all skin types.

Very good point! It's really strange... Normally skin type is written together with the name of the product, but in this case written underneath small. I actually saw it on their web page, that it's for all skin types. Maybe they wanted to say, it's also suitable for sensitive skin??

I must say Clarins packaging is to the top, it's simple yet beautiful. I like cleansing milk, and that orange cleanser sounds great too. Sometimes it gets overwhelming i want to try a lot of products haha

Like you, I was pretty horrified when I realised Clarins had got rid of the Alpine Herbs cleanser and Chamomile toner because I use them daily and love them 😪 I feel a bit better now you've told me about their fancy new organic farm, at least there's a reason. I've just bought the new hydrating foaming cleanser and toner and got the soothing versions in trial size, so fingers crossed they live up to the old products. (I couldn't bring myself to buy the new cleansing milk though, i was too cross about the discontinued one 😄). Thanks for your research and review x

I am very sad that my favourite Clarins cleansers and toners that I have used for a very long time have been discontinued. I don't like these new ones. I was also excited about the Oil Cleanser as I agree that was missing from their line up before, but it is irritating my eyes.

I am sad too the Shea cleanser and chamomile toner are the only things that worked for me. The replacement has aloe and I'm allergic. Such a stupid move on their part. They could've just added New products without discontinuing the cult faves 🙄

Yes, they can be, but the Soothing Gentle Cleanser, which is actually for very dry or sensitive skin, works fine for me. 😊

I would want to try out the toner but sadly it does have added fragrance! I do have sensitive so I think the scent wouldn’t be as good hahah! This is a very clear and nice review! New sub here! ❤️ I also have a channel ☺️

Wow sounds so fancy having skincare from organic plants from the French Alps. For the toners, ughhh I'm always frustrated when brands add fragrance! I feel like it can be subjective what smells nice/how strong the scent is and can be a skin irritant 😬
