(I just turned 40 and dermablend liquid camo made me have a gray tone) I am debating on whether to try dermacol. I wish I could send you a pic of my bare face for advice. I have dry skin except for t-zone and cannot stand matte makeup. I feel completely lost!

I invested in the smart profile earlier this year. Just so incredible! I love the massager that firms and I use it with my serums. Great results. That foundation brush is also amazing. Really neat technology!

I bought my Smart Profile specifically because I wanted the Firming Massage Head- I love it. You should definitely give it a try. It runs for 3 minutes total- 30 seconds per section and the unit beeps to tell you when to move it. I think it helps my facial care products sink in better and it is surprisingly relaxing. I think it has been helping smooth out my forehead lines which are my biggest aging issue so far. I recently picked up the Eye Massage Unit- haven't used it that much yet, but I'm glad to hear your very positive review on it. I'll need to start using it more often with my eye cream.

Thank you again Wayne for your amazing videos. I have a granddaughter who is now in 10th grade in the US and have purchased cheap electronic face brushes for her before. Because of her love for makeup and skincare I wanted to get her a better quality item. I have the smart profile for myself and noticed that the newer MIA Smart is the one available now at Ulta where I can use my rewards points. I have the smart profile and I can use the pore brush only once a month, on a daily basis I use the cashmere attachment, it's so gentle, it's my favorite. I use the massager often, and I can tell a difference in my face when I don't, it's not as firm, so I try to use it at least every couple of days. I've only been able to use the makeup brush for blending contour when I actually do light contouring. I love this device overall, it was well worth the $300+ I spent on it, however I'm glad for other people that a cheaper smaller version is out now. I can't wait to purchase the eye attachment, I have puffy eyes in the morning, so maybe it'll help.

I have sensitive skin as well. And super puffy eyes. I am 53 after all. I would love to try this, but they are too pricey for me at the moment. One of my husband's and mine kitties was just diagnosed with 3 different heart diseases 😭😭 But one day, I'd love this. I have always just used a wash cloth. They do exfoliate, better than just your hands alone. Thank you Wayne for trying this out and letting us know about it. 💞

Sherry Krook Have you tried the Foreo? I have the Foreo Luna and was blown away how effective it cleans my face without drying or hard scrubing. It looks like it could do nothing and I was extremly sceptic when I bought it, but wow, it is truly amazing. I use it with Clinique take the day off cleansing balm and I have never had better skin. (I am 56 yrs) I charge it every 2nd or 3rd month, it is small and a lot cheaper. I would actually not change it out for anything.

Karina Mendoza it’s working great so far. It feels a lot more gentle than my old Clarisonic. My skin feels a lot smoother as well. It’s really great at getting the leftover makeup that my cleansing wipes missed.

I have 2 different types of facial brushes. But i found that the one ment for men! Was far better and waterproof, ! ! ! ! Shouldn't they all. Anyway, one came in a storage box with a collection of different attachments. But the better one didn't, it came with just two. And no box? Either way I'd recommend them to everyone who is interested. Xx

Hi! I saw this review and it was a great outlook on the Clarisonic. I have been looking at reviews and finally pulled the trigger to get one since seeing your review. The only question is, does your smart Clarisonic put a red light after the second day? I feel that means it going to die soon and I have to throw it back on the charger. For a new product claming a mins of use, I feel it doesn't. Should I be concerned?

The smart option only works with a certain brush head. I don’t believe that the pink, radiance brush head has a chip in it and so it doesn’t work for smart.

Wayne I have a question. I have been looking for reviews in this because I wanted to purchase it for myself. I am 35 combination skin, breakouts are hormonal so maybe like 4 or less a month. I use my Olay brush it’s cheap and it’s really what I can afford right now...I would love to try this maybe one day....Some Dermatologist don’t like these on the skin saying they scratch and distress the skin... I have the MIA PRIMA, which I am guessing is at the lower end of things and I only use it for the foundation brush and I love it! I've always feared cleansing with something like this and don't want to take the time but blending in your concealer, eye primer, foundation, blush, contour, and highlight all in one five minute shot is beyond awesome. Only annoying thing is that the unit cuts off at a minute as I'm assuming that is a cleansing setting. The model Wayne discusses here seems absolutely wonderful as well but way above what I desire to spend on something like this. If you wear makeup, get a foundation head as well; the results are worth that expense and I have had no issues with shedding either. If you do, take it back right away and get a new head as there's probably something wrong if it's shedding that much. Cheers! =^..^=

I think that because it blends so nicely, a few dots around the face of liquid foundation is more than enough and I think that maybe (no science behind this guess) is that because the brush is spinning so fast, it doesn’t really suck up the product but distributes it instead.

I feel like on my Mia smart I am not getting the heads on their as secure as they're supposed to be but I don't think I'm necessarily doing anything wrong could the machine be faulty. Same technology, different amount of bristles on brush head. Also, with this new machine you can use the uplift attachment as well as the new eye de-puffer attachment. There is also a phone app that lets you customize routines and check your skins progress with photos.

Actually you can't use new brush heads or Mia3 on Mia2... they don' fit so it sucks for those with Mia2 couse we're just stuck with old devices and if we want to upgrade we need to buy whole new device.

I own and use daily the old original Clairisonic. (Purchased through QVC at least 7 years ago!) I have used every brush they've offered but use the deep pore one most. I replace the brush heads every 8 to 10 weeks. I can tell when they start looking fuzzy and splayed out that it's time for a new one. Sometimes they get discolored too. The literature says every 3 months minimum, but I'm pretty hard on mine.

@@cathyoga Better to be safe than sorry. Especially when it has to do with your face! Mine is kept on the sink, so I keep that plastic cap on the brush head unless it's in use. I don't want any thing floating around in the bathroom to land on my brush bristles. (I just re-read that sentence and it sounds *awful* but I meant hairspray and the like, lol!!!)

Crazy4 Doxies if it is, I sure could use one. My poor skin went downhill fast. I always looked younger than I was. I don't know what happened. I am thinking it started after I had a full hysterectomy when I was 44. I was on a hormone patch for over five years and decided to stop wearing them, because I figured it was unhealthy in the long run and by the way things were and are still going, I'd have to wear one for the rest of my life 😳🙄

Sherry Krook I know there is a new Clarisonic with heads that are for anti-aging. I too am in the same boat but refused to go off hormones (sorry Wayne if you read responses- ignore this part) and have stayed on a low dose one. I just started a year ago with intense skin care with Vit c, retinols, Sunday Riley Good Genes and serums and according to my facial person, it shows. I am still dry but my skin texture is so much better and it’s really been close to a year. So it’s been worth it. I have used the Clarisonic Mia for many many years and my skin thanks me for it but like my YT BF Wayne, I have sensitive skin to go along with my sensitive soul. 😉

I am so angry at Clarisonic for removing the RFID chips. I bought my smart profile for the damn chip, so that it changes the frequency. But I found a solution: take the RFID chip from the bottom of the dynamic brush head, laminate it, and put it on the side of clarisonic smart profile and wala, now you have the extreme power (11 times better cleaning) again with any brush head you want.(and by the way I love the new radiance brush with the chip now) I tried it, it's the chip that makes smart profile so powerful. The power changes even at manual when you put the chip, it becomes a beast. But clarisonic should have never done that, it disappointed me so much.
