IIT walo ke bhi 50-50 lac ke packages me salary 1.5-2 lac hi hai, 50 lac CTC hoti hai isme 20-30 lacs ke to ESOPs wagerah hi hote hai that are vested with the company for 5-6 years, usse pehle you can not avail them, plus there are perk and bonuses that you will get after working with them for 2 years-3 years ye sab included hota hai.. 50 lac package does not mean ki 4 lac per month milenge
