Thank you for this video, I am so happy you bought this topic. I am 39 now, but from my late teens and my entire 20s I have faced this a lot, people used to make fun on me and then others said com'on its juts a joke be a Sport. I learned it the hard way and took a lot of time to have this attitude to stand up for my self. I wish I had you telling this during my youth Guruji. Sir I stumbled upon your channel yesterday when I watched your video about why Gen Z will never be able to buy a house! At that time I subscribed to your channel and now watching this video I think I made the right choice! I'm quite an intimidating guy 6.2 feet tall and this July will be turning 18. At first I was unable to understand why my own friends laugh at me? Why do they use passive aggression against me? But then I knew it was because they feel too comfortable with me thinking that i would not do anything to them which is also true. I have read a book called "HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE" which tells, 'make people around you comfortable with you and I did just that! But those people want more standing in our social groups and now they are slandering my name it's been quite a long time now as I'm using that books teachings and everytime I do that the result is the same... I can make friends very easily but after that they use passive aggression against me to further their social standing. I'M DYING FROM INSIDE because of all this Sometimes I consider becoming a true Villain (beating people, smoking being a chapri etc) but then I see my mother working hard to earn money day in and day out to provide for me and my brother. Yes, I do not have a father. Lost him due to a heart attack when I was in second grade. And being a chapri doesn't suit me as it goes beyond my bottom line. Please sir make more videos on such topics related to youngsters and give kids like me some guidance!

My father in law did this very thing- say whatever he wanted and when I reacted he would say he was just joking and I'm too sensitive to react. Worst part was husband agreed with his dad knowing what was going on. At first, I tried to ignore it, then rationalize, then I introspected on myself that what if there is something wrong with me? Then overtime I realized I was not overreacting or crazy. I distanced myself but since it was in laws family you cannot completely shun him. Finally, his toxicity broke my marriage. Next time ask them : are you these close to me ?? to say things like this ?? Maximum times these people let their inner feelings out in the form of joking so stop bearing this much of toxicity Many times they do this when they are drunk...so explain to them when they get into normal zone... Joking on other community is not good... if someone is doing , say them do this on ur community instead of targeting others... they wll try to justify by saying " u don't have sense of humour'' But say them go n say this type of things to ur family instead of me... sometimes even the way of saying is important if ur weight is increased then they can say it in nice way also... or they can say by joking also... that type of people should be dealt in a strict way... many times people joke when they know that they don't have nothing t loose... like they will don't joke on their boss... they only joke if ur taking it easily so next time stand up for urself... Give them a warning once by saying we are not this close for joking like this, i am not feeling good if u behave like this... n be prepared to be treated in ur way in u do this again.... Be good n nice but don't be in a such extent where anyone can usse it against you... My childhood and teenage and some part of adulthood has also been disturbed due to such attitudes. I was more intelligent and higher achiever than most in my group but to put me down ‘friends’ around me used to make comments on my thin body, or even say something on my Mercedes car comparing that it is not as good as Tesla while they themselves even didn’t own a normal car. I used to be a very ‘good’ sanskaar boy, never argued firmly believing Karma, but during night times used to always think about these things feeling sad for myself. Realised much later that self esteem needs to be kept higher than everything.

I am a good boy(27) in my family and my parents have expired ... Lots of my relatives do this kind of things to me ... But last month I had a big fight with my mausi infront of everyone where I lost all my cool when she was trying to bully me. I was feeling guilty for that shit but now after this video I am not.
