One of the most beautiful pieces of music in history. Also the best use of a guitar I've ever heard.

That's a masterpiece that's yet has to be discovered. What a power of taking you somewhere else. Makes me feel so many different emotions all at once. It's super nostalgic, it's melancholic, yet promising happiness through experiencing complicity of life. Coming back to hear this for 10 yrs already.

I remember back in 2008, on the website for the game Spore there was a fan video that featured this song, and about a year ago I remembered it and tried to hunt that video down, mostly for the music since I still was able to remember what it was like. Only today I realized that video was still on the website for Spore, and said video was kind enough to credit the music. In other words, makes me so genuinely happy hearing this again after a whole decade.

@@sylviejunkieLook up "Spore Contests" in your search engine and look for the API contest. Video was a dude projecting the IK skeletons of popular Spore creatures, and had this as the music. Video was super impressive to the young version of myself from 2009. You may need to do a little digging.
@Algojuker5 ай бұрын
@@sylviejunkie It's a bit tricky, prolly why I couldn't find it for so long. Google "Spore contests," and the top result should be a page from the site called "Contests." On said page, scroll down to the bottom and click "Archived Contests," and on that page, look for the API Contest from 2009. Video is of a dude projecting the 3D skeletons of Spore creatures from the time, and it plays this music.

One of my the most favorite songs. Im russian but when ive been listnig to this im American boy who is in hes 14-15 old enough to make a serious proper decisions but still young enough to be a child, ur life just started. Summer. there is coldy wind on ur cheeks, ur laing with ur bally on the green-green grass looking forward, everything is a bit blurry, there is blue sky, bright sun who is warming u up and trees dancing by the wind at the horisont. Ur feeling complete free to do anything.
