Teddy would be a great underboss leadership-wise but i think Clark has him beat still. Clark gets more involved with more people. A lot of people in the crew barely see Teddy. Partly because he does his own thing a lot and partly because of when hes online on the server. If Teddy changed that a bit and started becoming more involved he'd easily be the best candidate.

Its a competition between the captains who gets more money for the crew. But I'm also wondering what kind of rewards the Dons has in place for them.

Well they did mention givng the top earning crews houses in cypress or cars for use in crime/heists later down the line. I guess we'll see what ends up happening.
