He has grown on meand I actually have really enjoyed him. The drive and determination he has is essential to grow any company... By the way, calling someone out like that about "ever getting laid" on the internet and behind a screen is pretty douchbaggy, therefore I think you are being a bit of a douchbag yourself... we can all be friends mate...

What Kristian is doing here with the people at and around Collider is so important. Giving us the fans a chance to get to know them. Here that aspect of the show is so clear.. Clarke never clicked with me..Never got why but she never did..But after listening to this and getting to know her I finally got it. With all of that said - Clarke has a new fan! :)

Ok, this is actually a compliment: originally I didn’t think I would appreciate the interview, for I was aware of Clarke’s presence but didn’t know if I could invest in hour interview. BUT, EXCELLENT INTERVIEW. Clarke: very insightful and Kristian, great flow and interaction. I’ve face challenges with crippling depression even procrastinating to point of almost losing my life - for what it’s worth, I commend you on recognizing the need for help. REALLY GOOD INTERVIEW!!

Good for you Clarke. I can totally relate to the depression story. I resisted taken medication at first, but it's the best thing I did for myself. I had people say, why take medication, just pray to God and go to Church. Well guess what? I did pray and God told me to get medication. It's like the story of the guy on top of his roof during a flood waiting for God to rescue him. I didn't wait to drown and neither should anyone else.

I cant believe I enjoyed watching Campea at one stage. As soon as AMC changed to Collider though, I developed a bad vibe when I was watching him. And then when the ladies stopped hosting after Campea left, I thought that was suspect. Then I tried watching his show and.....just......ew no.

I don't think them leaving had anything to do with Campea. Collider was clearly making A LOT of production and crew changes and didn't feel the need to have female host anymore and essentially promoted Mark Ellis to present and comment.

Loving these interviews Kristian. I remember Clarke Wolfe as far back as the AMC days, but never realized she was there just to be a host. I thought I always remembered her giving her opinion. But I guess watching Movie Talk since 2013 can get a bit fuzzy by this point in time for me. Either way, I remember when Clarke was missing from Movie Talk sometime after the Man Of Steel review, it did get people wondering what happened since a lot of us valued her opinion, wether we agreed with it or not.

I love this interview with Clarke Wolfe. And I can attest that Clarke was still with AMC at SD Comic-Con as I took a photo with the AMC crew at the time, which consisted of Krisily Kennedy, Dennis Tzeng, Amirose Eisenbach and Clarke Wolfe. They were all walking together from the Bayfront Hotel towards the convention center and I was walking in the opposite direction and I shouted out to them that AMC Movie Talk rocks, and they all looked surprised that some would recognize them. And they all graciously stopped and took a photo with me. All of them very classy. I look forward to part two with Clarke Wolfe.

I don't get that hate for Campea here. Clarke specifically said that he encouraged her to share her opinions, even though that wasn't the job she was hired to do. She was fired because she refused to do what the boss asked of her, which was something he was asking ALL the employees to do at the time. I don't know what jobs you've worked at, but if I refused to do something that was company policy & the boss specifically asked me to do it, then I would be fired too. Campea then hired her again down the road, showing that he did value her strengths. Kristian also backs John up, saying that he had never had nor witnessed any experiences that would give him a negative opinion of John. So, what is the problem here?

It wasnt that he fired her, it was how he did it. And Kristian's experience with John isnt relevant. Doesnt invalidate Clarke's experience.

So, Clarke has admitted her battles with depression over the years. Also bringing up how poorly she has treated people. And now we are simply going to buy that Clarke handled the situation "classy" while John was the asshole? There is more evidence to the contrary here. But you keep white knighting the pretty lady...

100% agree plus Campea already said she was lying and leaving out info to make it sound one-sided.

His behaviour was unreasonable. She was not scheduled to work that day so no it's not 'company policy'. You don't tell people to drop plans and commitments they've made to other people for you at the last second.

Nobody puts Clarke Wolfe in the corner. Really disappointed to hear that about how Campea treated her. You're the best Clarke!

She's told the AMC firing story before (oddly enough, on the earlier version of Kristian's podcast), but the details of what he said to her are new. How do you say that to somebody? People already think Campea can be a bit an prick sometimes, but that confirms it.

Harloff has said that he never had a problem with Campea & Campea said she was lying and leaving out info to make it sound one-sided and she did come back to work for him so something just doesn't add up.
