The Bombers now mostly bring in mature players, which will be their modus operandi while Scott is the coach there. I'm with you on wishing the Bombers nothing but bad luck and I'm hoping the wheels will start to come off. Good luck with your Hawks who have made a quite amazing turnaround. Just a shame you threw the Port game away not so long ago. That would have really hurt.

Love his smile. Big frame. Take some marks, crash some contests. It has been a lean season, but god we are so close to having a competitive side. We are good in clearances, we are good at ground ball gets, our ball movement has improved .. but we are not competitive in marking contests (although were much better against WC with Luke McDonald and Archer both grabbing a few). If Teaks can play a role and with Griffin coming back soon we will look a lot stronger. Go Roos! Also, don;t bother with Yeo, but go hard at Barass if he is available.

Barass is wanted by competitive clubs, so if he moves it'll be to a club where he could be in contention to win something. I agree with you about Yeo. I'm not interested in a 31 year old who has played an average of 9 games per season in the four before the current one. That's asking for trouble. I'd like us to make a real effort to get Wines, although we'd have to trade to get him.
