It's a Mercedes-Benz X-Class and yes it's based on the Renault Alaskan and Nissan Navara. But the styling doesn't look exactly the same. Go see an eye doctor, it's obvious that your eye balls got scratched up completely.

@@rviza I'm not taking about the engines and it's components. I already know it's a Renault Alaskan/Nissan Navara. It's still a Mercedes X-Class branded pick-up truck. And Mercedes Citan is indeed a Renault Kangoo, but for some or most people Mercedes versions just look nicer than the Renault counterpart, despite being the same.
