The reason Top Gear was so successful is because the lads had natural chemistry and it was real banter, these guys are like a modern boy band forced together with everything about them scripted taking away the part we all loved about Top Gear

IDK about the "Best" but the easiest jacked up coupe is the Fox Body Mustang on the Bronco II chassis. That's the combination that requires the least modification to both donor vehicles, and it's remarkably light.
