Great lesson CG. Sorry I'm so late but we had our pre-opening Heath Department inspection today... and we nailed it. A couple of more (red tape) steps to go and we'll be open. As we were starting to breakdown everything two guys from the factory across the street walked up wanting to buy some hot dogs. I told them we will be opening soon and are going to try to set up in the future. They said the employees would love it.

Thanks Fred. Good news on the food cart, sounds like a great plan to be near a factory. We don't have anything like that here unfortunately, probably because of the weather more than anything 👍👍
