I did the 4th one in another way.but I wasn't clean,like I didn't use T' and T to separe those two ,and at the last when I got the answer(I didn't know at that time if it was right) I got confused with what is what. And wrote down the wrong answer. after I saw your method and answer I went back to check where I was wrong. But I already had written the answer in the next to last step(and completely missed it🤦).

I used ac=(∆theta/∆t)^2 × r method. And got ∆theta= T and ∆theta/2= T' But I didnt put the dash and the first equation was on the corner of the paper(and I forgot about it). I wrote down the answer as ∆ theta= 2T even though I know it kinda didn't make sense with the qn. But the option was there so thought that is right.
