4:30 wake up 5:30 to 6:10 NCERT reading 6:15 to 1:55 coaching 2:30 to 6:00 study 6:30 to 7:30 study 8:00 to 9:00 - study 1hr tp 10:00 pm- trying to sleep 11 pm sleep - NEW SCHEDULE 4:00 am -wake up Yoga, meditation, bath, fruits 5:15 am to 6:20am - NCERT reading of bio, chemistry and physics and physical chemistry formula sheet 6:25 to 1:55 coaching 2:10 to 2:30 planning day and conscious relaxation 2:30 to 6:00- revision of today's lectures, questions, DPP 6:00 to 6:15 - listening music 6:15 to 7:45pm - question practice of previous physics chapter 7:45 to 8:15- dinner, walking 8:15 to 9:45pm- chemistry question practice and revision of previous chapter 9:50 to 10:15- conscious relaxation 10:15- deep sleep of 6 hr😴 and waking up fresh next day 😄😄🌟🌟

Current Timetable 6:30 wake up Till 8 breakfast and get ready for library 8:30 a.m start studying till 8:00 p.m with many in between breaks Back to home till 8:30 Dinner and family talks till 11 Start thinking of studying but sleeps in between New time table:- 7 a.m wakeup 7-8:30 a.m breakfast+ ready for library 8:30-11: a.m (1st study slot) 11:15-1:00 p.m (2nd study slot) 1-2:00 p.m (lunch + nap) 2-5:00 p.m (3rd study slot) 30 minutes break 5:30- 7:30 p.m(4th study slot) Goes to home have dinner,rest and family time till 10p.m 10-2:00 a.m (5th study slot) if my eyes will cooperate with meeh😢 2-7:00 a.m (sound sleep) Now anyhow I have to follow it.

Rough timetable which I am following from 1 week + Wake up - 5 Freshen up till 5:15 Study - till 5:40 Making coffee for mother and my self + drinking coffee - till 6:00 or 6:10 Getting ready and going for walk - 6:10 to 7:20 approx Resting + vegetable juice time - till 8 or sometime 8:30 Than back to study- jitna man ho Than bath Ofcourse mobile chala Little nap ( around 30 min) Coaching ke liye ready hona - around 2 :20 Than coaching 3 to 8:10 Ghar aate aate 8:30 Rest + talk - around 9 Dinner or mobile than study Than sleep between 10:30 - 11:00 New timetable Subha ka time to change nhi kar sakte so subha wala same uske baad 8:30 se aage ka batate h - Study session 1 - 8:30 to 11:00 Bath Study session 2 + lunch - 11:30 - 1:30 Than getting ready + coaching + nap - 1:30 - 8:30 Rest + lunch - till 9:30 Study session 3 - 9:30 to 11:00 Sleep - 11:00

My current timetable 4:15 wake up 6:15 tk study 6:15-7:15 physical activity 7:15- 8:15 daily activities 8:15-10- breakfast 10-12 some help and tympss ( laziness) 12-2 study 2-4 sleep 4-10 study + tympss + dinner (most wasted time by me) NEW SCHEDULE 😊😊 4:15 wake up 4:30 - 7:30 slot 1 - subject physics / chem 7:30-8:30 - exercise,bath,breakfast 8:30-9:20 -- 40 minutes ncert reading 9:20-4: coaching ( travelling time included ) will try to read bio podcast 4:00-4:30 rest and food 4:30-7:00 slot 2nd chemistry/ physics 7:00- 8:30 dinner ,walk,reward 8:30-10 slot 3 biology questions /notes On coaching day off will try to study more than 14 hours

didi being a girl i have some works at my home like jhadu bartan etc. yes my mumma supports me alot but mai sirf itne se hi kaam me bohot time laga deti hu aur fir nashta wgaira krne baithti hu to koi movie achhi lg jaati hai tv pe udhar time waste alag, and then jb naha kr ready hokar lagbhag 1 bje padhne baithti hu to nind aane lagti hai jbki raat me 10 bje so jaati hu aur subah jaldi ninnd nhi khulti to uthti hu 7 bje na late night stdy ho pa rhi hai aur na hi early morning poora time waste ho ja raha hai di😔😔😔😔

My time table 7.30am- wake up 7.30-7.45 - brakefast 7.45-12.00(pm) - physics question practice 12.00-3.00 lunch and 1-1.5 hrs sleep 3.00-5.00 chem. Question practice 5.15-6.30 biology lecture 6.30-7.15 physics previous day lecture written work. 7.15-8.00 dinner& mummy papa ke sath baatein 😁 8.00-10.30 physics lecture attend 10.30-11.00 chem. Previous lecture 11.00-12.30(am) chem. Lecture 12.30-2.00 bio chapter read from ncert . 2.00-7.30(am) sleep Aagar koi her fer krni ho to plz guide krna didi. Kyonki mai gaao me rhta huu or yha koi guide krne ke liye nhi hai 😢 Hope ki gaao ka phle dr. Mai hi bnu gaa ❤

Old Wake up 6 am, Go to coaching by 7 00 am Return by 3 pm Fresh up and eat food by 4 30pm Start studying 4 30pm Stop studying 8 00pm Do workout 8 00 to 9 00 Fresh up by 9 30 Start studying again till 11 or 12 (depends on the difficulty) Sleep Can only study for 5 hrs in self study but is not enough and also want to add other things like continuing my violin, chess and football, which i had to stop New Wake up 5am Study for 1 30 hr Get ready to go to coaching 6 30am Get back by 3 00pm Start studing for by 4 00 pm Stop by 8 00 pm Workout till 8 30 Fresh up by 9 00 Studing till 12 I tried but can't change it any further giving me only 7 hrs of self study, but I will follow this

current timetable 7am-8am I wake up straight and sit on the table for studying 8am-9am brush then breakfast 9am -4pm coaching (uske bich mein hi naha leti hu aur lunch bhi kr leti hu) 4pm-5pm sleep 5pm-6pm spent time with family 6pm-9pm self study but to be honest in between bohot distraction hote hai 9pm-10pm dinner and all krne mein time chala jata hai 10pm-11pm study 11pm sone ka time hai par mujhe neend nhi ati toh lecture dekh leti hu aur jab neend aati hai soh jati hu (edit) --> new timetable 6am-7am wake up then will prepare myself for studying 7am-9am 2hrs study slot 9am-3:30pm coaching 3:30pm-4pm break 4pm-7pm 3hrs study slot 7pm-8pm reward 8pm-8:30pm no phone 8:30pm-11pm 3hrs study slot 11pm sleep

It's true that money should not be your only motive to get into this profession but who the hell told you docs don't earn? According to stats, people who have done btech are the most unemployed in this country. You can very well observe, most of the chai wala bhaiyas or such people have atleast bachelor in engg. While if u r a doc and complete MBBS, u can never be unemployed. U might earn less than people with specializations but you will always have money in ur account (provided u work with honesty and sincerity) Abt those friends of yours, kindly cut off from them, they seem toxic and ignorant. They are simply brain washing u by telling u docs don't earn well. Kindly don't see them or listen to them till u get a govt med college seat

Very honestly Didi, your points and tricks are really amazing... I was a kid who could never sit or more than 2 hours and I feel a bit scared to follow these long sessions but let's give it a try, I don't know will this workout or not but it feels achievable. I wake up at 2:45, till 3 I am all ready. (And it's obviously not to become a cool kid, it's because I observed this thing about me that I feel good and energetic all day if I wake up early) 3:00 to 6:00 - SESSION 1 (usually phy or biology) 6:00 to 8:00 - Running and workout 8:00 to 11:00 - SESSION 2 11:15 to 12:00 - REVISION 12:00 to 2:00 - Sleep ( cause I have been sleeping my whole life in day time, I can't help it) 2:15 to 5:20 - SESSION 3 5:30 to 7:30 - SEEP MA'AM LIVE CLASS 7:30 to 8:00 - Dinner 8:00 to 9:30 - PYQ ( I have the online PW batch and I would like to ask if this needs some changes, and it's been exactly 1 month and 8 days I am still stuck to this planner)

Didi jisne aab tak test nhi diye but koi backlog nhi hai notes proper hai hand written....voh kaise kre aab didi mein upboard se hu mere boards bhi hai school mein topper hu isliye thoda sa distracted ki school mein bhi no. Lena hai isliye aab tak ek bhi test nhi de payi but lect dekhti hu notes bhi banati hu 11th se neet preparation kr rahi hu 11th ke bhi notes hai ......bhut Jayda phadhne ki vajha se meri sleeping cycle kharab ho gyi 11th mein aur meri brain nerve swelling hogyi jiska treatment 6 months Tak chla jiski vajha se mein 11 th ke test nhi de pyi school pr focus Kiya and top my school in 11th ....but didi aab tak mera koi backlog nhi hai but demotivate hu aab tak koi test nhi diya 😞 revision bhi nhi kr rahi hu koi other website bhi nhi chlati pora focus ho pw pr bhut drr lag raha please didi help me and reply mein apki sari video dekhti hu and I motivated ki aayi ho toh lekr hi jaugi

Hello di I don't know that u will read my comment or not But i want to tell u that u have streamed a vdo 2 months ago of 21 days challenge and i have watched that vdo just before 4 days And i started following whatever u said in that vdo I made a 1 hr diary And for me, it was very productive Before watching that vdo i used to study 2 or 3 hrs and a couple of hrs in coaching i.e., 3 hrs But since i have watched that vdo i have noticed a vast difference in my schedule and my day became more productive than earlier Now, I used to study about 7 - 8 hrs and sometimes even 9 - 10 hrs And after these , extra 3 hrs of coaching Before my backlogs were aslo huge in number. But since i started that challenge i am able to complete total rotational motion in 3 days alongwith the current chapters that are taught in coaching I want to say very very thankuu to u dii for brightening up me and creating a little sparkle in me that was lost for few days.. ✨😊💗 And currently, I am studying in class 11th

My schedule, Wake up at 4 AM (or 6AM, then i have to skip workout). Workout for an hour. 5 to 8AM:- revise previous day's notes and ncert + if time left, then revise another previous chapter (usually biology) 9AM to 3PM : coaching Break and rest mindfully until 4PM 4 to 10:- revise today's notes+ write ncert+ pyqs and module questions. (Except i get so mentally exhausted and most of the times fail to to do the 4 to 10 studies productively *cries* Then i have to cram the leftovers on the weekends and there is ZERO time left for full re revision and practise tests and more questions. And then i start doubting my abilities and think im a garbage😊❤) Lessgoo and improve by trying your schedule for a fresh change! New schedule:- Wake up at 5:45AM. 6 to 8AM-- Prev day's revision. (IF THERE'S EXTRA CLASS AND I ONLY HAVE TIME UPTO 7AM, I'LL SACRIFICE 1 HOUR OF SLEEP.. makes sense.) 9(or8)-3PM-- Coaching (Write biology Ncert at coaching instead of wasting those 35mins.) 3 to 4PM -- BREAK! (i cant fucnction without a break!) 4-7PM -- LOCK IN! (non bio sub) 7-8.30PM -- Reward+ rest (reward= contemplating my decisions and ironically ending up with a god complex while listening to songs.) 8.30 to 11.00 pm-- LOCK IN FOR SESSION 2! (biology) Sleep for 7 hours. PERFECTION. 🎀Note to myself🎀 I think the new waking timings and breaks are going to be big big helps. I'm so looking forward to tomorrow morning! 5:20 wake up 6to 8 ghar ka kaam rhta hai 8 am to 7 pm library 8 pm ghar 8 pm to 10 pm study arround 10;30pm go on bed new schedule 10;pm to 5am sleep 5to 7am some works 7to 9 1st slot 9to 3pm classes 3to 3:30 nap sleep 3;30to 6;30 2nd slot 7pm to 10 pm 3rd slote

5.30 -wake up, exercise ,meditate , bath 6.30-7.30-bio lecture 7.45 -8.45 self study 1 8.45 -1 PM lectures phy and chem 1 PM nap 2pm lunch 3-7pm 3hrs self study 2 with minimal breaks 7-8 break 8-10.30 self study 3 11.30 sleep

My current routine... 6- I wake up 6.30-1 --- school 1.-3.30 --- khana khakr aur nahakr... Coaching ki classes ka revision vagerah 3.30- 7.50- coaching Phir Ghar pohuchte tak 8.45 ho jaati h .. Around 9.45-12 --- self study

6:30 am wake up 7:30 to 8:45 study 9:30to 1:30 lectures 5:00to6:00 self study 7:00to 9:45 self study 11:30 to 12:15 study 12:45 sleep But its not follow exactly daily😢 New 6:30 wake up 7:15 to 8:45 study 9:20 to11:00 lec 1 11:15 to 1:15 lec 2 2:00to 4:00 (lunch+namaz+nahana dhona and rest time) 4:00 to 6:00 study 6to 7 rest 7 to9 study 9:30 to 1030 study 10:30 to 11:30 rest and dinner 12 :00 am sleep 😴

Morning me 9bje se classes start then 3 bje free hoke.. 4bje firse self study started nn fir sham me thoda break 1 hr then fir raat me 9 se 11 30 tk self study revising the days topics... New schedule Morning wake up at 6:00..Study till 8:30 physics 2:00 -5:00 i will do my biology work 8:00 -11:00 chemistry.. Physical chemistry backlogs... I can follow this schedule in my diwali vacations only because subh fir baaki tym me classes hoti hh n ghar pe kaam vagera hota hai .. But I will try to continue it after Diwali 👍🏻🙋

10:40 wake up 10:40 to 12 coffee, bath face wash, fill bottle and organize to do list(I skip breakfast) 12-2:30 study session 1 2:30-3:30 workout (10-20 mins)and lunch 3:30 to 6:40 study session2 6:40 to 7:30 tea and I'll wait for my mom 7:30 to 8:30 test or bio revision 8:30 to 9 dinner 9 to 2 or 2:30 study session 3 yeah! I'm a night owl
