Does the Magnus Effect apply to chargeless particles like photons and gravitons?

Magnus Effect is not directly related to charged or charge less particles... however photons and gravitons change the direction of motion due to another reason which you study in general theory of relativity or effect of gravity on momentum... not right now in the scope of these video lectures...

Sir the pressure-velocity trade off is only for points at same horizontal level or at same heights but in your example of plane wing two points are at different horizontal level

In tube initially there is air and no effect is considered due to gravity on air or gases...

Sir I am able to under stand that why Pressure at Y >pressure at X if we apply pressure velocity trade off equation. But to apply that equation , X and Y must be at same horizontal level , which is not true here! Please Explain this

APPLY EQUATION OF CONTINUITY.. WHEN YOU DECREASE THE CROSS SECTIONAL AREA ITS VELOCITY WILL INCREASE... HENCE IF VELOCITY IS INCREASED THEN PRESSURE AT THAT POINT IS DECREASE.. WE NEVER INCREASE THE PRESSURE WE JUST INCREASED THE VELOCITY THERE

As pressure of x is low... liquid will lift up...

As Py is atmospheric pressure, And at x pressure px is low (because velocity is High) The air Will move from Higher pressure Py to lower pressure Px

In plastic ball floating example when displaced right streamlines get closer at right so velocity more pressure less ... where I am wrong sir

There are assumed to be at same height w r.t. ground so mg(h2-h1)=0 ...like in a normal aero plane which is straight...

it is known as the coanda effect when an aerofoil moves through a fluid the stream of fluid tends to follow the curved (convex) surface more as compared to the flat surface

streamlines are just the representation of fluid velocity in any region... higher density implies more velocity... reason is already mentioned above...
