sir there are some cofusion which i would like you should clear 1. collector current is majorly (99%) due to the movement of electrons if you are taking npn transistor but you have explained it in terms of holes which i think is not correct 2. in the output characteristics, you have simply repeated the reverse biasing concept of diode and hence drawn the graph which requires different explanations due to two reason- a) output current is very high and it is due to movement of electron thats why it is in mA but you explained it in microAmpere because you stick to only to holes(minority carrier) b) if it is so then what is the role of electron?? please clear the above doubts
@vaishnavvijayan77674 жыл бұрын
1 collector is reverse biased so current will be due to minority carriers, since it is an n-p-n transistor holes will be the minority carriers at collector

sir why we use microammeter in forward bising in transister in place of milliammeter plz tell anyone if known its answer
@Shreerameducators5 жыл бұрын
Because current in the forward bias is due to the majority charge carier(Base- Emitter) and current in the reverse bias or collector side is due to the minority charge carrier.
@salvinsaji54455 жыл бұрын
Its coz "base" current is small
@alvinjob1224 жыл бұрын
Because microammeter does not measure current

How emitter collector junction is getting reverse biased ??
@RahulPal-mz4oj6 жыл бұрын
Emitter should be forward biased and collector should be reverse biased not the 'junction'
@athuldas93506 жыл бұрын
@@RahulPal-mz4oj base emitter junction is always forward biased and collector emitter junction is always reverse biased in a typical common emitter transistor. Biasing occurs in the junctions(depletion regions) not in emitter, collector or base
