If this rule applies, then why should Katsuki treat Izuku the way he does? Theres other ways to show that he cares apart from bringing him down, "That was back in the past" even now, he still uses hurtful words towards Izuku. "Bakugo was raised that way" then maybe Monoma was raised a way which made him express his feelings this way. We never got any context for other students past. Tell me, how would you feel in his shoes? Their class is pretty much ignored and all the attention goes to 1-A. They aren't even aknowledged. Neito actually has a relatable reason as well. He had a bad first impression of them all, but don't act like you all don't treat people on how you first see them. Remember, all Neito knew about them was from what his classmates said. After that, at the sports festival, Katsuki acted exactly how his classmates told him. He probably thought that, if they were right about Katsuki, they were most likely right about the rest of the class as well. The creater of BHNA also said, "Since all he knew of Class A was from what TetsuTetsu reported back and Katsuki's declaration of War, I personally don't think he's that bad of a kid. But I really made a mess of things with how hateable he ended up. So it's all Katsuki's fault. Monoma did nothing wrong!" I personally do not believe Neito hasn't done anything wrong, but I also don't believe he is doing anything wrong. He is in the wrong for treating them like that based on assumptions, but his reasoning is actually something we see a lot in the modern world. Take Katsuki and Izuku for example. Katsuki bullied Izuku, right? And why? Most people say it is because of his childhood. They say he treats him like that because it's what he was taught, but what if the same happened to Neito? What other reasons do you have to justify his actions, what other reason do you have to say what Neito did is worse? I mean, at least Neito isn't physically harming them. Hell, Class A doesn't even seem to be hurt by what Neito says. /But I respect people who dislike him, these are just mostly filled with my opinions./

Listen I understand where Monona and class 1 b are coming from. But honestly it isn't a whole joy either being stress tf out and being targeted by villains. LITERALLY in USJ which was just their first encounter and they had no experience completely. They didn't ask to be the spotlight. Like trust me being in the spotlight sometimes isn't great. I get it they don't have much attention and I guess they're jealous cause another class is doing better even though they're doing the same thing. But get not much credit.
