Class 20's and 37's on Weedkiller Trains

A collection of weedkiller trains including Hunslet and Barclay Class 20's and Transrail 37's at Hereford. Most impressivley the jets being sprayed by the 37 hauled train. One of the 37's, 37679 has recently been in rail news in terms of looking at the feasibility of a return to traffic.

What years would this footage be? I believe the TTAs were originally green with green coaching stock then the tanks went black and the coaches the silver colour scheme
