At KM1 Modellbau's 20th company anniversary, all ten different gauge 1 series models of the Württembergische K or class 59, which are now being delivered, were exhibited. I filmed all ten variants one after the other in Lauingen (Bavaria) on October 22nd and a little later also filmed one variant in a video that was originally planned separately during a test drive - the epoch I model with the company number 1810 as it looked in 1918. The models in scale 1to32 were handcrafted from brass. They are approx. 63 cm long and, despite the gigantic F-coupler engine, can also navigate simple curves with a radius of 1020 mm or S-curves with a radius of 1394 mm.
After I am repeatedly asked in comments about the prices of the models - the KM1 class 59 with NEM wheelsets has a list price of 3590 euros.
For reasons of transparency, I would like to point out that this video is essentially sponsored because I was provided with accommodation and meals for this appointment by the company KM1 Modellbau - but I paid for the journey myself and I do not receive any fee for this report .
