That is highly needed by these major brands right now... many do not have large scale consistency across states. I have been saying it a lot lately because companies are scaling up but quality is going down when it does typically...just like Heineken has testers to confirm every batch, they need to do this for our industry. Ganjier is taking over at it, and college courses like this for an educational ground work for our industry professionals. ps, I have been one before, paid and all to test, ha.

@@dertythegrower I heard a company in cali is being sued big time for pushing false high thc claims, with the all the customers being left disappointed. Sadly in this world it’s too common for shortcuts to become the focus of the job instead of the consumer. Greed is gonna happen, so we need to set some quality standards if you are going to start going commercial for consumers. Otherwise I’m pretty sure low quality thc might happen sometimes eventually, it shouldn’t get to this point lol

@@ApogeeInstrumentsInc I have watched your video on the 9 cardinals, with all my respect for you, may I correct the Mineralogy (Nutrients) part ? Feeding plants on each watering is called salt farming, it ruins the quality of the smoke and makes it really harsh in the throat… But you can push up your solutions to 1100-1200 ppm’s during mid-flowering and grow massive pineapple buds and donkey dick buds on a 12 weeks run from seeds… and breaking the 1g/w limit up to 3g/w with LED’s. I grow since a bit more than 3 decades, Cannabis is not an exact science. Growing Cannabis is a passion, it’s a life style, a bit similar to Kung-Fu a full life isn’t enough to learn everything and you always find greater Masters
@MO-ch6ni2 жыл бұрын
@@barnsisback8524 I disagree with you, this is a science, it’s called botany. And nutrients do not get stuck in the plant or soil when you water every time, the plant has no idea whether you give it water or water with nutrient solution, it just absorbs the water from the medium and all nutrients dissolved in it, if you spike nutes, expect the plant to act as if it’s getting 1600ppm right after adding nutes and 800ppm right before you add the nutes. Plants like equilibrium just like every living thing. Also many very successful hydroponic farmers who flush for the last 14 days of flower would disagree with you about “salt farming” I feel like that is a term given by people who grow nutes with too many unused sugars in the plant, but my man Bruce would be the one to know. It’s his career and passion

@@MO-ch6ni son … when you feed everyday with each watering, nootz turns into NaCl (Sodium Chloride)… it’s called salt farming. Passed 1200 ppm the media turns into an isotonic condition for Cannabis… 🙄

Dr. Bugbee, I'd like your opinion on something if you see this(or anyone else who'd like to throw in their 2 cents). What is your stance on the 48-72 hours of darkness before harvest method? Does it really increase trichome sized and terpine levels while reducing chlorophyll creating and more pungent, flavorful and smooth end product?
