Nicole is probably the only person in that school that would actually want Kylar to jump, in the moment. Everyone keeps wondering what Nicole's secret is, but her secret is really just that she's completely desensitized. In a situation where anyone else would freak out, she just doesn't care. No one else would let it get to that point.
