Someone asked about the red fence. It is tied to the buildings around the farm. Sell the silo and part of it will go away. Sell the small shed in the wooded area with the solar panel next to it to delete more of the fence. And part is linked to the small house beside the main house if I remember right.

For the sawmill on the map I parked the trailer on the dump icon by the water. Then go up by the building and find the ! icon and they sold.
