@@MrEd20901 So you expect an old build to be supported forever? The newer builds are built for a reason. If you don't like it, stick with what you have got. I love my Coinops Next 2 build but the new collections builds blow it out of the water in terms of speed/options and artwork.

@@rebellionrob of course not. Nothing in this world is supported forever. I think it's just the way the requests are handled that rubs me the wrong way. They could offer a help channel specifically for older builds. I lurk to see the pretty artwork they come up with, don't actually run any of the builds.

The most important thing for me is input lag and smooth gameplay. Retroarch allows me to get games running so smooth like Shmups in FBneo core, after which I can’t play on other emulators because I can feel the difference. Especially cave shmups and fighting games. Input lag on FBneo core can be set on 0,1,2 or 3 frames for optimal gameplay depending on what’s needed for each game. If emulators don’t allow this I stay away and stick to FBneo which is hard to beat with the correct settings.

I set the default mame emulator to retroarch too and divide them into fbneo and mame 0261 cores respectively. I can use better shaders in retroach to make games look better as well as other features. It is easy to switch it out if u mess around abit.

I have set up ipac2 with coin ops in arcade I can set up joystick and buttons in game but can't navigate the front end can only use a keyboard and Xbox controller to enter the games

seems like some of my setting files are missing because i can only get to the fav list and arcade list , i cant even find most system when i run the CoinOps Collections.exe app how to fix this , i tried the restore default.bat but i didnt fix it
